Over the decades, English, more specifically Business has become a lingua franca in business world. Intercultural communication is becoming prevalent and essential with ever-changing ever-merging world economy. Adopting economic terminology crucial these conditions improving skills for efficient effective results imperative English proficiency matter of course, particularly occupations such as banking, international trade, informatics, marketing, economics, communications, law, tourism like. Global relations, now than ever, necessitate contact between people from various socioeconomic classes, cultures languages. This paper explores nature linkages intercultural communication, well factors that influence competence.
